Strategizing and executing a $5M contract with the DoD reaching 50 universities and partnering with over 100 H4D Educators.
Scaling the Hacking for Defense® methodology to programs for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of State (DoS), resulting in an additional $3M in pilot contracts.
Identifying, recruiting, training, and building strong relationships with university partners in order to launch DHS and DoS pilot programs.
Adjusting pedagogy and curriculum and developing educational resources, materials, and educator training to address DHS and DoS problems sets in university programs.
Creating evaluation frameworks, collect and analyze data, and determine metrics of success to format quarterly reviews and reporting directly to DoD, DHS, and DoS government partners.
